Disposable Needles are single-use chromium-nickel steel injection needles designed for gentle, low-trauma insulin injection, featuring an extremely smooth, finely-dosed silicone-coated surface and a transparent Luer-Lock plastic hub.
How It Works
Each needle uses a cannula tube made of stainless chromium-nickel steel, precision-ground and finished with a fine silicone coating that reduces friction and discomfort on insertion. The hub is manufactured from transparent PP plastic with a Luer-Lock fitting, allowing secure, leak-free attachment to a compatible syringe. The needles are single-use and are manufactured latex-free, PVC-free and DEHP-free, addressing common sensitivities and regulatory restrictions on these materials in medical devices.
