The Fully Automatic Universal Tensile Machine is a twin-column, ball-screw driven testing system for small to medium capacity tensile, compression and general mechanical property testing, built around a DC speed-regulating servomotor with PWM control.
How It Works
A professionally designed servo control system realises pulse-width-modulation (PWM) drive with closed-loop test-speed control, while an LCD module displays real-time test data and status under single-chip automatic control. The machine can calculate fracture extension and strength values automatically, recording maximum test force, fracture value, yield value and maximum compression value, with a computer connector available for data export — making it suited to manufacturing, construction, product quality supervision and inspection bureaus, building material testing departments, and university teaching laboratories.
